“I am just so anxious for this visualization to take place!”

I often find that most of my clients constantly think “I can’t bring myself to believe this is happening” or “I am anxious for this visualization to take place”.
During the visualization, first, they get excited – then quickly after create anxiety within themselves as the outcome is not (or in most cases far from) their current reality.
In doing so, your subconscious mind will be convinced that you do not believe in what you are currently visualizing.
Guess what happens then?
You are either stalled or manifesting the exact thing you fear.
The outcome could be a fight with your future fiance or even a break up!
That is why I always suggest my students to take an imaginary scene which takes place a couple of weeks after the grand occurrence.
What does this mean?
Rather than focusing on your boyfriends grand proposal or your wedding, try to visualize your first meal together at home after the wedding where you both sit down and discuss the events that just passed.
Another example would be for you to visualize looking at your wedding pictures with your mother or best friend. You can go over the day and how happy you were. Here you can also imagine retelling the story of your engagement.
See how going into those details makes it feel more real and less stressful?
If you focus on the engagement itself and are constantly thinking of how you are not yet engaged – you are feeding your subconscious mind contradictory information.
This means that whatever work you do visualizing on a specific outcome will be offset by your contrasting lack of belief.
Try this visualization technique and contact us if this worked for you in any way or join our Glamifestation Community on Facebook and discuss the techniques with like-minded individuals.
Blessed be <3
